College Fair Policies Confirmations

LCRT: Will send an email acknowledgement within five business days after your registration has been processed, to the contact listed on the Registration Agreement for the fairs for which you have registered.

Exhibitors will receive follow-up information, booth assignments and detailed instructions on set–up hours by email.
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines: Cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing on institutional letterhead and emailed to legacycollegetours@gmail.com
Registration Changes, Cancellations and Refunds: LCRT College Fair/Expo changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing on institutional letterhead by email to legacycollegetours@gmail.com.

All refunds and credits are subject to a $25 processing fee.
